This resource aims to dimensionalize the writings of John Kotter, whose narrative presents a fable of the penguin, including issues such as: process of change, culture, and leadership within the social process. With the process of defining and theorizing a scenario, architecting steps, and decisions, having access to concrete facts, the author creates a new cultural dimension, detaching traditions that no longer meet immediate needs.
