Culture organisationnelle dans les universités:
Un examen intégrateur

Les universités peuvent être considérées comme des organisations dotées de structures administratives, d’objectifs à atteindre et de ressources à gérer. Le concept de culture organisationnelle est présent dans la grande majorité des organisations, mais il est encore peu étudié du point de vue des universités. Constatant cette lacune de la recherche, cet article avait pour objectif général de comprendre comment la littérature scientifique a mis en lumière le développement de la culture organisationnelle des établissements d’enseignement supérieur. Pour cela, une revue intégrative a été adoptée via la plateforme Web of Science. Les résultats ont révélé que l’instrument d’évaluation de la culture organisationnelle (OCAI) est la méthode la plus utilisée pour rechercher la culture organisationnelle dans les universités. Les aspects individuels de chaque institution soutiendront le développement du type de culture qui se démarque, permettant d'identifier les caractéristiques de chaque culture, de comprendre la relation que les employés entretiennent avec la culture et comment elle affecte la vie quotidienne de l'université et la performance. des enseignants insérés dans ce contexte. De plus, la culture organisationnelle influence également les valeurs de l'organisation et de ses employés, les règles et normes établies par ses dirigeants et les traditions qui ont été créées et suivies par ses employés au fil du temps.
