This article aims to study Progetto Lei, which seeks to empower and include women—including migrants—who are in conditions of socioeconomic vulnerability in the labor market in the regions of the municipality of Perugia and the District of Nova Imola (Italy). It also analyzes the interrelation between the project's outcomes and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations' 2030 Agenda. This study is situated within the perspective of achieving gender equality through labor market inclusion. In 2025, this issue continues to emerge as a complex and global challenge, prompting deep reflections on gender equality, inclusion, diversity, and the effective implementation of the SDGs. Methodologically, a qualitative approach was adopted, combining documentary analysis and participant research, using the project itself as a basis for data analysis and reflection. Ultimately, the study concludes that the actions for women's inclusion—through job training—were effectively implemented through the network-based work developed by the project.
