Bibliographic Research as a Scientific Research Methodology

The objective of this work is to analyze the role that bibliographic research plays in the construction of scientific knowledge as a method, seeking to understand how bibliographic research is carried out until the final result that will compose scientific knowledge. The theme is relevant since bibliographical research is a methodology capable of supporting scientific studies, and it is justified as it can contribute to the dissemination of knowledge about this topic so that it can be used appropriately by those who use it when preparing scientific studies. The research is of a qualitative theoretical nature, adopting the hypothetical-deductive method and the methodological procedure chosen was bibliographical research, using available physical and electronic resources.
