The study conducts a systematic literature review on the impact of mentoring actions aimed at women entrepreneurs, with the goal of identifying and analyzing their effectiveness in overcoming challenges and acquiring knowledge and skills. The research encompasses studies published between 2013 and 2023, utilizing a scoping review approach according to the framework of Arksey and O'Malley (2005). The selection of articles was carried out in the databases Embase, Ebsco, Lilacs, Scopus, and SciELO, using the keywords "mentoring" and "women's entrepreneurship." After a rigorous filtering process, the final sample consisted of 17 studies, including 4 quantitative and 13 qualitative. The results reveal a diverse landscape of mentoring actions, highlighting their importance in developing entrepreneurial skills and business management. The analysis emphasizes that mentoring not only contributes to the individual empowerment of entrepreneurs but also to the transformation of the business ecosystem, fostering a more equitable and inclusive environment. Furthermore, the study points out the necessity of listening to the voices of women entrepreneurs in the formulation of support policies and programs, as the identified actions are focused on mainstream entrepreneurship literature, which does not consider intersectional and decolonial aspects. A research gap identified is the need for studies that include indicators of the effectiveness of mentoring actions. Additionally, mentoring actions should focus on financial, management, and behavioral aspects, as promoting gender equality in entrepreneurship requires a continuous commitment to inclusion and the overcoming of systemic inequalities.
