Cultural transformations in the context of the pandemic:
aspects of journalistic production in a digital environment

The present work seeks to offer a record of the cultural production carried out by independent artists and cultural groups in the city of Ponta Grossa/PR between 2020 and 2021, in the midst of the crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, through the systematization of productions journalistic works carried out by the extension project Cultura Plural, of the Journalism course at the State University of Ponta Grossa (UEPG). As a result of the articulation between the theoretical framework of Folkcommunication and the empirical research with the project's database, the possibilities of treating the theme of culture in the pandemic period are highlighted, in which aspects related to the struggle for the survival of the sector intersect with the richness and diversity of the manifestations transposed from the presential format to the scenario of lives.
